As I’ve mentioned many times, my goals with shopping over the last year has been to be more purposeful with what I’m putting in my closet. That means less fast fashion pieces and following trends and more staple, quality pieces that will last me for years to come. That’s one of the reasons I’ve been dying to get my hands on Everland pieces. Everyone raves about the affordability and quality, including the Duchess of Sussex. When I decided to get some high quality cotton t-shirts, I knew the Everlane Heavyweight Tee was for me.
Sadly, I didn’t know if this shirt was

I was sold on the boatneck neckline. That has been my go to for years. I love how it brings emphasis to the collarbone. This shirt certainly lives up to its name. It is no doubt heavy weight. I wore it on a day that had a high of 58F and paired with my unlined anorak from Banana Republic. The shirt the the most work keeping me warm.

It has more of a boxy cut, so if you like something that hugs your figure this might not be for you unless you wear some heighwaisted pants. The hem hit me perfectly, which I cannot say for most shirts. Normally I have to tuck them in or scrunch them up which gives a less polished looked.
My biggest regret is not getting more in other colors before they sold out in my size. This is truly the perfect autumn/ winter / spring tee- shirt for me. It is a classic look that I see myself getting a lot out of.
While Everlane no longer has the size or color I purchased, the Women’s Heavyweight Tee is still available in white/navy for only $36, so hop on it. You can also sign up for the cashback site Jewel to get 11% cashback. Sounds like a win to me.

If you’re petite, have you had luck with items from Everlane? Do you have a preferred brand for t-shirts? Have you do any winter shopping?
Until Next Time,
